No refunds once a payment has been made
If I need to cancel a class(es), for illness/other reason, then a full refund or credit will be given for the class(es)
If you are hospitalised, then credits or refund will be given.
No refunds for COVID illness
If you have holidays booked before you pay, then you can reduce your payment by the cost of the number of lessons missed (to be confirmed with me first)
No refund on Gift Vouchers will be given after the payment is received
Payment due a week before the start of the class(es) including Saturday and Private (1:1) classes
No Children under the age of 14 in the group classes, no Children under the age of 10 for 1:1 lessons (an adult must be present at all times for this age group)
